I shouldn't be able to run into a redline, get 3-4 kills and still have time to get out. If it's supposed to be a safety/regrouping zone, make it so the enemy can't hang around in it.

the useless redline is not working has intended has a safe zone for what you speak of its a safe place for snipers and rail tanks to get rewarded for little to no risk if any thing the suicide part needs to be removed and replaced with some thing along the lines of no warpoints when your time runs out and staying in the redline should award no warpoints for geting kills in it. CCP would have to make their boundry visible on the map and radar.
Its only fair if you want to snipe in your safe zone the other team should be able to take your fitting away in retaliation.
I could give you 10 reason why the Dust team cant get the Amarr tank style right but they are all out of care.

The LAST thing we need is to make people in the redline even safer than they already are, considering you can put tanks and snipers back there who can go 20+/0 while never being at risk.
At least with timer the way it is we can use Damage Modded Triple XT-1 Pythons to fly into the redline and kill anyone camping in there with long range weapons.

If only there was some kind of long range weapon, that could be used to engage enemies who are behind their redline. Some kind of "rifle"... that a player could "snipe" with... and if only the game provided an unlimited number of these rifles with an unlimited free fit. Well, a man can dream.

Some of those snipers are tanked (such as heavy snipers) meaning they could just move out of sight, rep up, then pop back out. Gonna be worse with the CalSentinel. You say "well at least he's not attacking your team anymore" but neither are you. 2 players are now being worthless because one is a coward. If your squad works together to take 'em out then it's 7(him + your squad) that is out of the fight all because 1 is a *****.
See the pattern? 1 redline sniper is gimping your team.
PS: Those MLT SRs are so weak that even a scout can EASILY survive a hit (I say this from experience) let alone a heavy/logi sitting on triage hives.
