Does anyone know what units they're in? pretty sure that translates to 110m and 250m. So it puts them at a little bit longer range than the RR.

So the effective range seems to have been bumped from 90 to 110m.
No idea if it's even possible to figure out the range profile from the SDE.
Absolute range doesn't tell you much, most weapons seem to have 250m. Besides, LR damage takes a sharp dive past its effective range, compared to, say, all the rifles. |

The cloak should allow you to engage in CQC much more easily now though. It should be interesting to see how it all plays out. I know I'll be paranoid about getting shotgunned/knifed when I'm rocking the LR.

Edit: Ranges are the same for all variants.
