I was bored, but I decided to make this post after reading a post from an otaku.
1. Monster
2. Code Geass R1 and R2 ( you will like Guilty Crown if you liked this)
3. Steins;Gate
Other good ones are Mirai Nikki (The Future Diary), Cowboy Bebop, Deadman Wonderland (kind of messed up, but still a good watch), and Death Note (Highly recommended for people who have a brain and need something a bit more sophisticated. Code Geass is recommended if you like this).

You basically listed the terribly censored bullshit that was on cartoon network for awhile.
Edit - Deadman Wonderland you'd have to read the manga. The anime is really bad.
Same with Dethnote. The anime just doesn't live up to how good of a story it is.
Cowboy Bebop is a rarity among english dubbed anime however. Was excellent and had superb voice actors.
Some good anime : Berserk (manga is better though), Attack on Titan, Furi Kuri (japanese subtitle, english dubbed had great voice actors, but was shoddy in the translation), |

Other good animes: Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei (you have to be a little crazy to like this one, but if you are, there's no substitute), Mushishi (a true masterpiece of animation, audio, and storytelling. Not for action nuts.) , Chobits (takes on a whole different tone when you realize it was made by the only all-female anime studio in Japan). Darker Than Black had its moments but was like 6 or 7/10 overall.
Bojo: Studio Ghibli is like the gateway drug of anime. Try out other things in this thread and you'll discover true anime bliss.

Good to see you included Cowboy Bebop, just found it lying around and watched it; God did it age well 
GANTZ is a must if you can stomach the gore and the unnecessary awkward sex... much like 300's sloppy bedtime fun that added nothing to the plot...
(the manga is WAY better and it "recently" was finished)
FLCL as previously stated
Samurai Champloo, another one from Shinichiro Watanabe, makes up for a great watch.
Hellsing, is not as good as the Manga but the OVA compensates it
Evangelion I'm afraid to watch again for fear of it making me helplessly depressed and paranoid

Oh Samurai Champloo is amazing. A masterpiece of cinematography independent of the great soundtrack and compelling story/characters. Besides you really can't hate hip-hop samurai.

Personally I really don't like most anime, because I can't stand how over the top and ridiculous most of it is.
So these are the rare few that I absolutely love:
Neon Genesis Evangelion (really surprised nobody mentioned it)
Hellsing (the original...but it got really weird toward the end, kinda like Eva)
Love Hina ( yes it's a goddamned harem anime, and I don't care. it's hillarious and clever )
Danganronpa ( originally a PSP game, made into an anime. Watched it for kicks after seeing an abridged version on youtube, and was very surprised by how good it was )
Playing since 1st batch of closed beta keys.
