Yes CCP: check with your lawyers. You just cant refund 1 AUR back. You either have to refund them the pack or the equivalent value of the AUR it is supposed to be. Your coding problems are not the consumer problems. I suggest all those who have bought the gallente assault pack and have them taken away from you to file a complaint with Sony. Someone could easily stock up on LP, wait for the player market to be launched, then flood the market with Gallente faction gear. Those players would make millions of ISK and cause huge price imbalances that would take months before they resolve themselves. That isn't even counting the fact that these players could much more easily run prototype Gallente faction gear since they have such a large pool of Gallente LP to draw from. This can cause Gallente FW to win even more matches than they already do, leading to dissatisfaction from the Caldari players who didn't get to benefit from the FW boosters for 1 AUR. No, CCP did the right thing by refunding the FW boosters that were bought for 1 AUR. They did the right thing, and they did it legally regardless of what OP made up in his internet lawyer playbook. Dont even bother with CCP. File the complaint with Sony. While CCP can advertise at 1 AUR and sell it at 100000000 AUR they cannot take back at product at the price they sold it at just because they made a mistake. Enjoy! The Gallente FW booster issue happened three weeks ago. He's not even keeping up with current events. Not many players were even effected by the issue. Both Sony and CCP exist outside the U.S. and from their part the transactions occurred on their end of the server. Idk how that pans out legally, but most likely the EULA does mean that you have to file a claim in Iceland court, not U.s. Most of these agreements have you forfeit jurisdiction to a court closer to the company. From what I know U.S. courts generally agree with the company in these cases. You only have a case if you can show it was offered at that price and it wasn't a technical problem.
