Guys
Just so you know as per international sales laws what CCP is doing is illegal.
Yes CCP: check with your lawyers. You just cant refund 1 AUR back. You either have to refund them the pack or the equivalent value of the AUR it is supposed to be.
Your coding problems are not the consumer problems.
I suggest all those who have bought the gallente assault pack and have them taken away from you to file a complaint with Sony.

Its still illegal. Locals laws trump EULA.

Dexter and Ripley are just stupid. The rest of you who bought the faction pack and have got it removed file a complaint with Sony. More than likely you will end up with PSN cards. This is not the first time CCP has done something like this and Sony compensate players for it.

LOL W/E. When CCP took away the tank BPOs I filled a complaint with Sony and got a $20 psn voucher.
Dont even bother with CCP. File the complaint with Sony.
While CCP can advertise at 1 AUR and sell it at 100000000 AUR they cannot take back at product at the price they sold it at just because they made a mistake. Enjoy!

No they cant. Its not defamation when I am quoting their own information from their own GM. Using their own public information against them is not grounds for defamation suits.

The correct classification would be Cyber Law. The sub class would be Online Transactions.
There is no law(s) for "game related transactions". There are laws for "gaming" but that comes under intellectual property.
