That has nothing to do with it. Regardless of how I'm using the suit, the hack speed bonus was useful, and there was no reason to think that part would change. We all knew the passive armor rep was going to go away, but not the other bonuses. For the record, I spent all my fitting resources on expensive repair nanohives and piles of fancy drop uplinks to help my team win, not complex tank modules.
