Why should CCP give you guys a respec? Everyone knows you guys are gonna spend all of it in a few minutes after you get it. And you'll be begging for another one around the time the next update brings new vehicles or dropsuits.
After Uprisings release the forums were a bad place, I'll never forget how CCP screwed up so badly.

I have never once used a repair tool in my entire mercenary career. 1.8 Min Logi is only for repairing. I spent my SP carefully on something I was sure I liked, and now it is being changed to a bonus to something I have never used in the past and will never use in the future. That warrants a respec.
There was plenty of talks about logis in the past, how logis weren't actually logis. Tank logis, very few actual logis. Eventually you would have to expected some kind of action.
