Give to me or give to him either way we -the community- win. Think this is a scam? Well it isn't and the only way for me to prove it is through action. Donate today or join my 90% tax rate corp because all applications are approved as soon as I can press buttons. Create an alt, play one battle each time you log in with that alt and then biomass yourself for tickets in the lottery.
You will be creating content and you will have a chance to win BIG. At 90% tax your character will not make much ISK and therefore be a prime candidate for the biomass. One battle is all I ask and I have created this alt to play one battle a day and to have a clean and clear wallet to move funds from players that want to help with PC but can't, for whatever reason, to players and corps that can. ALL ISK donated directly or through the once a day system will go towards funding PC.
I am also gathering individual mercenaries who want to fight in PC but don't have a corp in PC or individuals that want to live the merc life and get paid for fighting. As I get started and the funds grow I hope to receive requests from corps who need a player or two to complete the team. This list of mercs would build their reputation through their actions and develop contacts that would allow them to prosper. This will work for FW also, want to see your faction win? Get in touch and I will try to set you up with a list that helps you win.
10 Million given so far in EVE and 350 Million EVE side. So do your part! The pay from one battle is all I ask and I am practicing what I preach with this character. I hope you see me on the battlefield and decide to donate.

Alright Dusties, after some deliberation I'm making a change to challenge parameters to maintain Lottery Event balance in the wake of biomass protests to the fanfest announcement.
The new payout structure per SP level is as follows.
Biomass Payout and Multiplier
(1 ticket, 2 tickets, 4 tickets) [ Levels 1-3 1.7x Multiplier
(8, 12, 16) [ Levels 4-6 4x Multiplier
(24, 32, 40) [ Levels 7-9 3.9X Multiplier
(56, 72, 88) [Levels 10-12 3.7x Multiplier
(120, 152, 184) [ Levels 13-15 3.5x Multiplier
(248, 312, 376) [ Levels 16-18 3.3x Multiplier
(504, 632, 760) [ Levels 19-21 2.9x Multiplier
(1016, 1272, 1528) [ Levels 22-24 2.7x Multiplier
The level cap is now at 24 million SP. If your character is beyond this you will only receive the maximum 1528 tickets before calculation of other attributes.

I honestly don't know. Like I said, I was never a fan of "win this, win lottery" stuff. Biomass was certainly that in the beginning if you were serious enough. The multiplier is a good reward as it still means that someone has to be willing to do the challenges rather than "I will just blow up this alt and get 10,000 tickets." I like the multiplier, though that does have the problem of forward thinking mercs starting alts and keeping them for the multiplier later (*whistles*).
Dunno. Definitely need some way to prove that "zombies" are not around, though that concern is probably going to disappear because I could believe that support would undo a biomass if it was a ticket like "I messed up bad, I was just so emotional and hurt that I let my anger get the better of me; having some time to think, is there anyway I can get my character back?" but in a week that probably won't be the case.
And, for all we know, your prizes might go up in a puff of smoke or the big lever labeled "KILL DUST" is thrown. That is the problem with them announcing Legion; it turns us into a bunch of nihilists.
