And that's my point: to invoke tiericide here is to treat the symptom not the cause. Fix the fundamental problems first and then it will make sense to look at tiericide from a gameplay/aesthetics point of view. But to undertake tiericide based on the argument that it may ameliorate 'proto'stomping would be an investment of too-limited resources on a goal that does not address the fundamental problems - player education via the NPE, matchmaking and passive ISK faucets. I support SP rollover.

I've solo'd two tanks in succession in a starter fit - all you need is panicking poorly-fit noobs to get tangled up in an area that's hard to get out of. I support SP rollover.

Right on the money, and exactly the kind of clear-headed experience-based independent thinking i want to see from CPM candidates. P.S. Don't actually know who's running for CPM1 at this point.
