I've solo'd two tanks in succession in a starter fit - all you need is panicking poorly-fit noobs to get tangled up in an area that's hard to get out of.

So you killed 13 heavies?
however you also took 1400 damage, and no healing, I find it highly unlikely that you took 1400 Dmg and the majority of it was shields (considering that the amarr starter frames have >230 shields)

it only counts to the death, any over it doesn't count. so the damage of rails/large turrets doesn't matter, picture isn't enough proof that you did in on foot since the end screen shows so little detail. its not like bf4 where it goes into all those good details like weapons and vehicles.

Exactly. Right on the money, and exactly the kind of clear-headed experience-based independent thinking i want to see from CPM candidates.
P.S. Don't actually know who's running for CPM1 at this point. When CCP shows their hand re development direction, priorities and roadmap i'll start investing time in the platforms for the various candidates. Do we have a charter yet?

But that's wrong. I'v died plenty of times to rails killing my scout with 2000 damage counted
