I suspect PFC will be healthy enough that we'll be able to move forward with pay on demand model especially if the seed fund remains healthy. Again Castor Crave and the other contributor have given PFC the breathing room it needs to focus on building up the council and the funds needed to both enforce the council and fund defense when needed.

These next four weeks will be an excellent tracer bullet to see what is actually needed in terms of the PFC contract and what will be the best way forward to ensure that the most equitable and sustainable system is set up between the PFC members those that are in charge of the PFC enforcement contract.

TLDR: Negative-Feedback and the PFC council will discuss how we want to structure the PFC contract in four weeks time. Maybe the council will want to go with pay-on-demand or perhaps they would rather a weekly payment. With an emergency fund in escrow we'll look at the expenses incurred over the next four weeks and see.
