Yes they did violate us back in our infancy as we were not ready for the next step. We took our time and have changed a lot. We welcome any and all challenges as we continue training here on pfc. Nice to see the big red one getting back into the game.

Negative-Feedback will respect the council's decision in this matter as it will offer the same respect given to any official council rulings. I'm sorry that you don't agree with the council, but this is part of PFC being ruled by the members of the planet.

What is the objective of the PFC?
Let me answer that;- for smaller corps to compete among themselves and get better. Now if a corp like R*S (that held land and fought against the entire ******* dust community) requesting PFC land so that they can train with other corps should be granted that oppurtunity.
Why? Because you are only going to be the best if you beat the best! I know some corps that want R*S in PFC so that they can practise against them.
If the council voted that R*S shouldnt get land I see it them wanting to carebear themselves and not get better. This is also taking away from those mid tier corps that actually want to fight and learn from R*S.
If anything the PFC council should be glad to have a corp like R*S that held out through 5 different wars. There is a lot to learn from them. And if its the attitude they are concerned about its something the ******* council can learn from R*S. Its your mindset that wins you the wars!
I also share the sentiments that PFC should burn not because of its concept but because of the carebearism that it has turned into.

Hold the fkn phone a minute Archon. In no way shape or form will I allow you to include DF in a carebear category. We have been under constant attack from OUTSIDE forces and have not used a private military contractor to defend our district. As I said before, playing up a couple levels is what is making us better. We may not win every battle against the "upper crust" corps, but I will guarantee a slugfest to the last clone every time. I want our guys to get smacked around a bit, that's how they'll learn to adapt to a changing battlefield.

So please check your tongue and realize there are some here using a delicate balance to be able to fight corps with similar experience, and learning from "friendly" attacks from more experienced corps with much more PC experience.

I would love to be able to fight against some of the other corps on PFC but we have been busy with outside corps. "Thanks for the fights guys".
And I believe I spoke on behalf of R* getting a district yesterday, and saluted them for their tactics as I always respected them. So please check your tongue and realize there are some here using a delicate balance to be able to fight corps with similar experience, and learning from "friendly" attacks from more experienced corps with much more PC experience.
Please do not include DF in the carebear category, again...

Kain! Without knowing anything please dont run your mouth. Attacking PFC was 1 man's decision aka Nano aka Eugene Killmore which at that point in time was a valid tactic. The whole of R*S was against attacking PFC juts so you know.
There are 2 lessons corps can learn from here;-
1. If you are looking to win a war you gotto learn to play dirty
2. No matter what happens you always follow you CEO decisions and stay the **** away from the forums

As a note, I personally didn't even recommend or advise anyone on a particular choice. While I don't vote, often I do present an opinion. I did not in this case. (N-F did voice their opinion, as a note.) In my case, I used nothing for no particular political agenda. My response was an attempt to loosely summarize the opinion by those with votes. As more corps in the Council get involved directly in decisionmaking (some haven't really stepped up) and more corps are placed on PFC, the pool of decisionmakers will hopefully grow, and this may or may not change the status of some decisions in the future.

Looks like you forgot those holes I tore into you when I was a part of R*S. Just so you know most of R*S are friends IRL. While I might run with FA tags if I ever want to get back to R*S I can always go back.

Dude you are so full of it! Why in heavens name would your opinion be nuetral? Its either this or that! Either you want them in PFC or not! Why would you be in between? What were you gonna do? Give them a district and take it back from them and say;- "Gotcha!"???
You should either be on R*S getting the district or not! And I am not questioning your opinion or actions you are taking against R*S. I am questioning the grounds you are basing your decisions on!
If it was;- "R*S attasck PFC and so we shouldnt give them a district" then that is wrong. And ask yourself;- if they really wanted a district cant they take it from someone or buy it? You are penalizing an entire corp for that. And thats what I am against and thats what I call carebearing.

Personal opinion is that I'd love to face more corps on our PFC district that fight at higher levels of difficulty without risking loss of district/rule violation. But I have concerns about Red Star's commitment to it. My opinions fit in a grey area, and I really cannot make up my mind on where I sit on the issue. And since I do not have a vote anyways, I left it up to people who did. As I noted, at this formative stage, there's less participating voters, and the rules are not concrete yet. In as short as a few weeks, decision-making could be much different.
The fact that R*S's immediate response was to volunteer the entire corp to attack PFC districts for free... not exactly something that helps their case at a later date either.

That being said, I actually feel PFC operating this way, is actually far closer to the models used in EVE, a far more successful game. It develops the metagame, something DUST is sorely lacking in. NPE is a big deal, and I think the current model of PFC is helping that. Bear in mind, the party you're pitching a fit about not being placed on PFC: Not new players. The corp that Valor gave their district to: Newer players.

I'm very disappointed in you. The council has no evidence of any breaking of regulation. It is under new order and therefore cannot use the past to justify the future. You can only use what has occurred since the birth of the council until the present and within that timeline, Red Star has not committing any rule breaking. Furthermore, No where in the regulations does it state that PFC must be accepted in every way by everyone, nor does it state that the council must be accepted in any way.
The regulations are simple, get a district, attack other districts, dont capture districts, dont lock districts. I know these regulations because I was there when they were set in stone. So respect those that were there when pfc was founded. That sums it up. While we each hold our opinions about the council and pfc, that's all they are, opinions, and we are entitled to them. You cannot place judgement based on how certain people think.
Under regulation, a corp that does not hold any districts outside of PFC is entitled to a pfc district. Furthermore, it was added that corps that do hold districts outside pfc are capable of holding a district on pfc should they wish to participate in friendly battles.
Under the first clause, we are entitled to a district, no questions asked as long as we play by the rules. You can not pass judgement on what you think a corp will do in the future. If Red Star. commits any rule breaking then let the council pass judgement and remove the corp from pfc. Until that happens, the ruling is unjustified and you know it.
Think about it this way, if we really wanted pfc to burn dont you think we would have done it back when it was first founded??? we did after all start thinking that way since the beginning. The difference was that those in charge weren't emotional fools letting their "feelings" cloud their morality. They were able to do the right even if they didnt agree to it.
This is the exact reason the council is not accepted. If it stood for what they say they did, then every corp would accept them. How can you allow a group of corps inexperienced in PC to make decisions when they have yet to understand what PC is? It's like putting a baby in the President's position.... what kind of decisions are you expecting to see? The council is young and does not understand...

Actually one of the many things the council has not formally decided on. The original PFC had major top tier participants on it, even landholders. Newer iterations of PFC under EoN and RA focused on newer or lower tier corps and required only corps without land elsewhere. If more elect to participate in the process actively, hopefully we can reach a decision there.

Since the council has yet to come up with the requirements to being part of PFC, they can not vote against Red Star having a district. You clearly are stating there are no requirements in place, yet. Based on the current requirements (there aren't any), Red Star meets every single requirement to be on pfc.
Simply saying, "we dont want you, therefore you will not get one" goes against what the council was set up in the first place.

He gets it. R* would help every PFC corp get better by providing stiff competition, similar to what ML was able to provide DF and Eternal Beings the past few matches. ML is not considered top tier either, but we can bring a gud fight to a lot of corps. We don't hold a district on PFC either, but we arrange skirmishes with PFC landowners because its fun, and quite frankly everything else is locked up so there is no other choice right now. R* are probably not top tier rated right now, and there is only one way to find out for sure... to see what type of PC team they can muster from their corp. |

Until the council decides otherwise the original rules of PFC are still in effect. Or how else do you think people have been making decisions of who stays and goes? There's a guide-line, and that guide-line says PFC is for low tiered corps.
I'm sure PFC will let one or two big boys on eventually to help settle things and show corps how mid-high tiers games are like, eventually. But that hasn't come to pass, so don't rely on it. |

How does a corp get to play PC when it has no districts? ... uh, idk, maybe... get a district? If you can spend the time crying for a PFC district - you could of spent the time just taking one else where.

Every Single corp in pfc is capable of getting their own district outside of pfc. Also, some corps already have districts outside of pfc (qualifying in 1 doesnt mean you qualify for everything), Some corps had districts outside of pfc but for 1 reason or another no longer participate outside of pfc. Every corp in pfc is capable of winning to take some. Yet, they get to stay in pfc. your argument is invalid.
Most of the district holders have been farming isk before the council was formed, so isk is not an excuse to not expand outside of pfc.

Message me in game with timers and I will let you know if i can attend or not. Got exams so MIA for a couple of days. I charge per fight. I usually get 3-5 Mill + vehicle reimbursement ( I rarely die so its usually not much) of 500k/derpship lost. 2 Mill is fine with me. It's first come first serve. If im on enemy team roster, I will not change teams for higher pay or anything so dont ask.
I suggest you dont wait until 10 min before a match. Im not always on. With enough time, I can adjust schedule to make timers.

It is ridiculous that you would try to use that as an excuse, like you did, to refuse R* a district.. because they happen to have a few loyal veterans who stayed around and didn't switch tags when R* and EoN went quiet and moved onto other games/platforms.

Yes because I can hold a district by myself... Most people in pfc are because they cannot field the 16 numbers all the time... guess what, that's the state Red Star is in right now. Times have changed. Yes I have the experience and skill but obviously it takes a lot more than that to be in PC. Anyone would know that. Hellstorm is the perfect example. Once one of the strongest corps now reduced to a simple pfc district holder. We are in the same boat. We are starting from the bottom. If we could go back to PC dont you think we would have by now?

Which still means I'm free for R* <3 Gotta love math, I don't, but I'm sure someone does.
And on to my real opinion: From my stand point, R* is both good for PFC meta and the business model, as well as giving other PFC corps a taste of real PC.
Once R* enters PFC the other corps will quickly realize how out matched they are, and will make the renters fee seem even more reasonable. <3
R* also adds a certain flare to everything they touch - if they're a part of PFC you better believe they'll kick up a fuss is something isn't going right.
But - your past is damaging to the relationship. We all know Nano hates PFC - why the change of heart? Because of his guys? I'd love to believe that - but I also know from personal experience how hard it is to stop trolling once you start. Lol
I voiced against R* joining until something can be seen that you guys really do just want to use PFC for what it's for. Everythings really shaky with PFC right now - there's a lot of for and against concerning it right now, and R* just seems like an unstable force.
I didn't vote R* should NEVER Be on PFC - just that right now, it may be too chaotic to let in you bad boys amongst the sheep. |

The easiest way is planet fight club. Risk free, lots of ppl to fight, cheap,it was the obvious choice. I've got some ability to help, all I can do is bring to bear some weight BUT I need to ask of you 1 thing you must understand all I can get you is a foot in the door probably just a toe ffs, but I reckon getting R* something for something in return, a favor.
