Red Star's request for PFC placement was put before the council and after discussion no clear majority could be reached regarding Red Star being placed on the planet due to past behavior with a final vote leaning towards not placing Red Star on PFC.

Past behaviour? What does past behaviour have to do we a corp getting into PFC. The PFC rules are clear;- if a corp is able to hold its own they should be granted a district.

There is a reason for that;- and thats because this so called council is making things personal than professional.

What is the objective of the PFC?

Let me answer that;- for smaller corps to compete among themselves and get better. Now if a corp like R*S (that held land and fought against the entire ******* dust community) requesting PFC land so that they can train with other corps should be granted that oppurtunity.

Why? Because you are only going to be the best if you beat the best! I know some corps that want R*S in PFC so that they can practise against them.

If the council voted that R*S shouldnt get land I see it them wanting to carebear themselves and not get better. This is also taking away from those mid tier corps that actually want to fight and learn from R*S.

If anything the PFC council should be glad to have a corp like R*S that held out through 5 different wars. There is a lot to learn from them. And if its the attitude they are concerned about its something the ******* council can learn from R*S. Its your mindset that wins you the wars!

I also share the sentiments that PFC should burn not because of its concept but because of the carebearism that it has turned into.

Hold the fkn phone a minute Archon. In no way shape or form will I allow you to include DF in a carebear category. We have been under constant attack from OUTSIDE forces and have not used a private military contractor to defend our district. As I said before, playing up a couple levels is what is making us better. We may not win every battle against the "upper crust" corps, but I will guarantee a slugfest to the last clone every time. I want our guys to get smacked around a bit, that's how they'll learn to adapt to a changing battlefield.

Only reason DF supports a tax is so Nyain whoever doesn't walk in here and take another 24 districts, which if they could, they would. As far as being afraid of training against them or any other top tier corp, be not mistaken, we are not. Hell, FA could come and give us a learning experience too, that's what PFC is for!!! I would love to be able to fight against some of the other corps on PFC but we have been busy with outside corps. "Thanks for the fights guys".

And I believe I spoke on behalf of R* getting a district yesterday, and saluted them for their tactics as I always respected them. So please check your tongue and realize there are some here using a delicate balance to be able to fight corps with similar experience, and learning from "friendly" attacks from more experienced corps with much more PC experience.

The rest of PFC and especially the ******* council are still a bunch-o-carebears.

Again, is was decided that was not in PFC's best interest to settle a corp on PFC that has every intention of breaking the rules due to verifiable past behavior. The smooth operation of PFC and placing corporations that don't have ulterior motives to destroy PFC are a top priority. Red Star is more than capable of arranging sending clones for a friendly training match from outside of PFC and Pradox One has done so on many occasions after arranging with the members on PFC.

This was not an easy decision to uphold due to the close relationship between leadership in Red Star and TeamPlayers, but NF's contract with the PFC council comes first as is our obligation. All funds being held in escrow for Red Star have been returned and we would like to thank there understanding during this situation.

As a note, I personally didn't even recommend or advise anyone on a particular choice. While I don't vote, often I do present an opinion. I did not in this case. (N-F did voice their opinion, as a note.) In my case, I used nothing for no particular political agenda. My response was an attempt to loosely summarize the opinion by those with votes. As more corps in the Council get involved directly in decisionmaking (some haven't really stepped up) and more corps are placed on PFC, the pool of decisionmakers will hopefully grow, and this may or may not change the status of some decisions in the future.

R*S doesnt need or want rebuilding. Its already in a pretty good state.

Actually, if you read my post, you'd see that I clearly stated I chose NOT to present my opinion on the matter. My opinion would surprise you, so you should probably stop making yourself look bad.

I'm not making any decisions, I'm trying to help put some organization down to the Council structure, but those decisions are made by Council members, including the decision, they will have, whether or not to retain my services. (For free, because I don't cost anything.)
