ACtually one of my favourite weapons too, Sadly , im vERY used to the very low TTK my SCR RIFLE provides.
Considering i run a 400HP assault or a 200HP scout, low TTK weapon is needed....

I've been seeing a bunch of back and forth around here about tanks, not to mention my own discouragement and butt-hurtedness being WTFPWND by an ample amount of tanks on the field. Kinda reminds me of when LAV's would rag doll you across the map by barely touching you, but I digress.
I decided, like I did then, to become part of the solution (counter tactics) and not a part of the problem (QQ). So! I threw some points into REs and I've been having a great deal of fun!
Now granted, I'm still very new to the RE experience and I've only nabbed 1 tank, but I've also taken out a derpship, several LAVs (a couple with occupants!) and many, many unsuspecting redberries at objectives and around corners.
Yeah, yeah, everybody else in this game has been doing this since DUST was a table top game, but to me, its like a whole new area of the game opened up and made the experience more fulfilling.
I have the adv REs, quantum active scanner, and a K2 hive on a dren logi bpo with a dampener and my trusty basic CR and it runs me 13.6k or so, so its great for practicing this versatile, power packed and super fun piece of equipment!
P.S. That feeling you get when you see +50, +50, +50 from an objective bombing for the first time.

Melee kills with the plasma cannon. It will never not make me smile or laugh.
That and sometimes when I feel dirty I rush a swarmer with a squad mate or two and we melee him to death.

Caldari tech is naturally Breach. That doesn't necessarily mean less aggressive, though I tend to be more aggressive than I should....

Understood. But I dislike its ROF. For my style of play, it is inadequate. I rather let the drums roll (GEK) or the snares slapping (RR).
