Been asked numerous times after telling people some of my ideas. I figure I would enjoy trying to communicate the community's ideas to CCP. My resume includes....

A closed beta vet dating back to october 2012. Closed Beta member of 843-Burgezz. When open beta launched after 3 months in 843 i decided i wanted a more competitive corp. I applied to the Pink Fluffy Bounty Hunterz. After learning the true mentality of Pfbhz I started playing a lot out of corp.

Meeting much of the top tier talent of the game and befriending many of them. Eventually a group asked me to bring all those friends together and create a corporation. After 2 weeks of internal debate on if i wanted that much of a headache i caved and decided it would be a challenge i would embrace.

So I gathered my contacts and in around 5 days I had convinced 28 top tier players to abandon their corps and join me in my endeavor. The days before 5/14/13 we started debating names and to my dislike 0uter.Heaven was chosen by way of vote. Around 03:30 UTC 5/14/13 0uter.Heaven was born. I have tried to run this corp honorably and justly as I wish PFBHz had. Never have I undertook a leadership role in any other game until now.

My Dust Toons
Proto Varients of every light weapon except swarm launchers. Various ideas about OP and UP weapons. Proto Varients of all the Sidearms. Advanced Heavy and proto hmg and forge. CCP has done a great job of putting these weapons and suit in a good place. Proto Min logi with all proto equip. Proto min Assualt. Both Proto Scouts. I have an alt specced into all the vehicles and modules so I have that experience as well. If its in dust I've tried it.

Forum Warring efforts
As a true Scout since day 1 of my merc career the threads of scouts hits home. I try and voce my opinions and builds to the up and coming scouts so we can maintain a role that is difficult to play and even more difficult to enjoy. I have tried to voice my opinion over the year on truly over powered weapons. I believe my first post was in February 2013 about the Assault Forge and the OP nature it had. I try to give logical reasons behind all of my posts so as to avoid being trolled for stupidity.

The game is something I care greatly for and hope all the friends I have lost to slow development will return when The game is what we all envisioned years ago. I wish to attempt to give my soul to ccp as well as my countless hours of experience playing the game you created.

I'll admit, I do rage, whats your point? Lots of people get angry, the important thing is, after about a minute, my anger is gone. Its a spur of the moment thing.

That minute lasted about 3 domination matches.

Lol funny how you wrote that but didnt get the posts before. You made me type a platform that was the best I could think of. I told you a platform is a political standpoint that is made of raindbows and butterfly's that instantly vanish once elected. If I am to be chosen it will because of what I truly stand for and not for the garbage I thought would sound good. I also said right before that if I knew the limitations to the position or true role other than to be a between man for ccp and the community I would have a platform.

I've seen you around quite a bit in game but haven't interacted with you. You've got a good rep, however, I echo a bit of the concern about lack specific items or areas that you would want to help CCP address as a CPM member.

Also...would you mind sharing a bit about you in the way of age, profession, time available for CPM duties, ect. Just to let folks get to know you a bit.


Here are a few specific questions for you (same as I pose to all candidates):

1) Other than the forums how do you intend to collect and communicate requests, needs, POV of the community? In particular, those outside your corp / alliance.

As a CEO of a powerful corporation my name draws players to me. I opened a squad in finder it filled in 28seconds. Reaching the community is the easiest thing to do. It is the reason I have the corporation I have. Learning peoples grievances of this game is as simple as constantly squading with new people. A general consensus will form and trends will appear. Communicating those in a well mannered way will be difficult depending on the tools given to me. If it is as simple as "Yo Shanghei tone down the rail rifles alpha. Thanks" well then shouldn't be hard. If no other method is provided forums will be my go to with the information gathered.

2) What level of interaction would you like to establish between the CPM and CSM?
For now I believe the CPM and CSM should work seperatly depending on where the devs at with the code. If anything comes close to bridging eve and dust both parties should talk but until then each games needs to work seperatly to make the bridge that much better.

3) What are the top 3 short term (next 2mo's) changes you would encourage CCP to make? I'm looking for concrete examples that are realistic to achieve.
1- May or may not happen in 1.8 but racial balance
2-Establish a test server for CPM and Devs to quickly alter weapon stats to ensure balanced weapons pre release.
3-Small bug fixes. Like length of tenure in your corporation

4) What are the top 3 mid term (next 6mo's) changes you would encourage CCP to make?
1-Complete module and weapon rebalancing to be done on the test server. Once finished release with the next major patch. (I.e Uprising to Goliath)
2-New Game Mode(s)
3- PC overall to fix the constant exploitation in a way that is enjoyable

5) In Spring of 2015, when CPM1's term is up, what would you want people to have said about your tenure as a CPM member?
Communication between CPM Radar and devs helped to create a game that I enjoy playing every day. Truly I don't care what people say of me. What I want to see is a player base over 10k if I can make that happen during my tenure then I will can say without doubt I helped to make a game I love thrive.

6) Will you be creating a channel for folks to meet and sqd with you during the period before the election?
Unfourtantly I cannot create a channel in dust. A small bug I found is once a dust player ges tied to eve created channels (I.e moderator) your merc loses the right to create a channel. But all are welcome to join "An 0uter.Heaven" The channel I am tied to and I will gladly squad with any who have questions when I have time.

Dude, not at all a reason to run. And I see nothing here about any of the things this game so badly needs. We need new players, not tweaks to weapon stats.

The only question I have at this time is:

Would you have the time for the CPM activities?

I know how demanding a full schedule of PC is and I fear that it would affect your ability to be a great CPM.

I think I can find a way to make that happen. The only thing I have is a smartphone and a ps3/4 so I think my smartphone will find a way. Will update when I find an app.

Edit- Android has a skype app. I guess I will see what skype does for me. Set up an account not sure if i use Full Name or Skype ID so.... Radar_R4D-47. Btw can anybody help me with a Sig. Pretty much I want it to be a hyperlink to this thread and say "Radar for CPM"

... I-RED go as a FW guy don't try rebalance as everyone has different opinions on those subjects, but FW could get more unilateral support.

You talk about weapon balancing (which is needed), but what else do you plan on bringing to the role? What is your past experience? What does the role of CPM mean to you?
