Chromo laser didn't have that stupid range deal thingy.
You basically only have 5-10 meters where the damage applied is full.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Depending on how good that laser buff is cloak plus laser will also be pretty good for sneaky death at range.

- An ScR can be sniper, a shotgun and and a tactical AR
With the new CPU Buff and Cloak coming I might not mind that much if I dont get a respec.

chromo laser had a 5-10m sweet spot that moved depending on how much sp you put into sharpshooter, very annoying.

Yeah well when I pulled a laser you ran right to the source and mowed me down...... If I'd been a scout that would have been all the more easy.

As precise and small as the Laser Rifle range seems, I've been successful with it anywhere from 49 to 80 meters.

That's almost my fitting. Only difference being that I use an Assault Combat Rifle for the full Minmatar experience.
