I thought I was just imagining it, but I was right. They have stronger aim assist.
Why?
CCP kept the old OP aim assist on militia weapons. Many of the Aur items are technically classified as militia weapons so they automatically kept the old aim assist. Currently I'am only certain of 3 weapons that still have the old OP aim assist; the Militia AR, Militia SMG and Militia Scrambler Pistol? This means that weapons like the Toxin AR and Toxin SMG have stronger aim assist.
Don't believe me?
Get an advanced suit. Put two Complex Damage Modifiers l. Put on the Militia Scrambler Pistol and Militia AR.
I guarantee it will kill faster than a Duvolle.
It doesn't just affect ADS either, it affects your hipfire, A LOT! Now if the game ran smooth than aim assist wouldn't be an issue. Though aim assist makes it so that you aim for the hitbox instead of the character model.
CCP please remove the extra aim assist from Aur items.

I do believe you are correct with this. I was in a few matches last week in some CQC, and I died to several people with milita weaponry despite the fact I was using a Duvolle with multiple damage mods and fired first. I was like WTF

I remember there was a great battle over this several months ago and one of the CPM said that skills did not affect militia gear.
