+1 max proximity mine and remote explosives held and +1 max number of mines and explosives that can be active.
I understand the idea of linking equipment to each of the races and in all for it, I just don't think the rep tool fits the minmatar war philosophy at all. I'd like to see the minlogi become the go-to guy for demolitions and minefield laying, which I think would be a much more pro active and tactically challenging play style than just sitting behind the fat nearest guy and watching him blow stuff up.
Thoughts and criticisms?

The Sebiestor are known for their ability to fix just about anything. The repair tool is a perfect example of this aspect of Minmatar society.

Wow so you can carry 9 Boundless remotes? And 8 STD and ADV? Man you could carry 25 remotes and have 30 Active. That's just too many remotes.
Nothing is wrong with the Rep bonus, just because you won't use it doesn't mean no one else will.

My only concern with the bonus is that I'm used to giving constant reps to heavies while they clear a point. With the increase of effectiveness of assaults and the general low health of the Minlogi will mean this tactic is less viable. A better protected logi is preferable for that role. Also a fast logi really shouldn't need a range increase for the repper, its kinda counter intuitive. And if your thinking it will make the weaker Minlogi more survivable as a dedicated repper you obviously haven't tried it - The lock breaks very easily in combat so you have to stay fairly close. It only comes into play over more open ground.
That said I am looking forward to these changes - Reps are one of the most demanded support roles and garnish the highest points.

I would rather see this bonus on the minni scout covert ops should be their thing. Just imagine a bonus to RE's coupled with the hacking bonus would make a perfect covert ops suits.
Maybe move the nova knife to the gallente (in excange for the scan range buff) or caldari (in excange for the scan range buff).

I don't mind the Rep Tool bonus, but I'd prefer it put more emphasis on speed than distance due to the whole line of sight issue. |

I don't hate the rep bonus either, I just think the rep is pretty solid as it is whereas the explosives are an equipment that only gets brought out every now and again. I'd like to see them get some love.

IMO the thought that a Logistics bonus on any suit should be tied to a specific piece of equipment is L U D I C R O U S this solves nothing.
