So yes, again, the racial bonuses are fine. The class bonuses should makel you broadly specialized, while the racial bonuses should make you highly specialized. If you don't want to be highly specialized, then don't. No one is saying you have to use the racial bonus, just use the class bonus. If you don't even want to be broadly specialized, then stick with the basic generalist suits (which admittedly need some work).

I was referring to the new logi bonuses, which I thought you were asking about. No, the armor repair bonus is not a proper bonus for an Amarr Assault suit.

The Scrambler not only has that amazing charge up mechanic (Which is great but you are NOT forced to use it) but also like you say, is spammed fast in CQC giving it good useage there and on top has reasonable range. It can compete with the rail rifle most of the time. The bit I dont get is when the Tactical AR was in a similar position people screamed nerf and it was nerfed hard into the ground. Now the TAC AR is such a niche weapon no body uses it. The same for the laser rifle. CCP - Where is the balance here??

Only difference with the ScR is it has somewhat of a safe guard, I say somewhat because it doesn't really matter all too often. And if anyone cares this doesn't really affect me because I'm not skilled into Amarr assault suits only Amarr logi, but I don't really think the CQC utility of the ScR is worse than the Rail and it isn't as bad as the Tac was back in the day for some reason
