What we see could be a bare bones image of early scout suit. The helmets in my opinion are very similar between the original image and this new one.

I still don't feel the suit is caldari though a great deal of evidence points to that....in that sense its not that I deny that it could be caldari....only that it doesn't look or fit the caldari aesthetic.

Also the left and right both have those white bulges on their back. These suits are definitely not something we have currently. The middle is definitely the Amarr scout. I'm thinking that upper bulge (the circle-ish thing, correct?) is actually a trick of the angle and light. I believe the lighter portion is actually part of the right's neck. Both have something there but too difficult to accurately discern due to light differences and low quality. Left one has the middle back plating. It blends in to the suit due to the angle and his crouching position. There are far too many commonalities between the two for them to be unrelated. Also you have to consider, if you're going to add something that you know will bring a lot of new players, make sure the rest of your game is in good enough shape to keep those players. Right now Dust's player retention isn't that great. A few more updates and the game will be much better and then we can start talking about PVE.
