Who doesn't. I made a couple of threads this year asking for any concept art they may have had, ever scrapped artworks and concept for in game assets, no Dev response was received.
However IWS has a good thread with concept art and art assets in it, will link when I find it, but that is all very old stuff.

What concerns me about that theory is a seemly plate like colour distortions on the chest and shoulders. We could consider that to be light weight segmented combat armour....but in my mind that does not fit the drab, utilitarian style that the Caldari have.....in some sense I even think it looks a bit more heavily armoured than the Caldari Medium frame.

Then could this not possibly be an Amarrian scout. The colour palette would suit that more. We cannot always assume this is a racial fitting when many times before we have been shown trailers or art showcasing new content, rather than aligning with racially sound drop suit load outs.
I agree it is thinner, only that there seems to be a lot of detail on the suit which contradicts the caldari aesthetic.
There was one piece of art that I use as my laptop background that shows what look like Amarrian light frames, i'll see if I can link it.

I do agree with that....though I do feel its design is not really in keeping with the normal caldari designs which makes it somewhat of an oddity.

As I mentioned before it also doesn't look quite Caldari, I wouldn't say Amarr since I don't feel the armour segments are graceful or rounded enough of the Amarr.....nor does it look quiet Caldari..... we can debate this all day, its also entirely possible that eventually Logisitics suit will have their own models at some point.....

Do you really consider that grey? To me the Navy is a white/ dark grey almost black colour scheme.

As stated above, Amarr believe aesthetics are function. They add a lot of unnecessary features to their suits for looks. Just take a glance at the medium frame and heavy frame. That was the picture I was talking about.
What we see could be a bare bones image of early scout suit. The helmets in my opinion are very similar between the original image and this new one.
I still don't feel the suit is caldari though a great deal of evidence points to that....in that sense its not that I deny that it could be caldari....only that it doesn't look or fit the caldari aesthetic.
