Okay so first http://i900.photobucket.com/albums/ac201/fireofprometheus624/image_zpsa21dc0ce.jpg The original picture I found at the top of one of the pages on the dust 514 website, I believe it was for one of those monthly emails when we got sentinels that this was up there. Now, the enlarged pic of the Caldari scout http://i900.photobucket.com/albums/ac201/fireofprometheus624/image_zpsca227557.jpg I sent in a help ticket asking about this and got the usual run of the mill "we cannot comment on this" And then a few days later, the picture was changed Ps. This was around early august 2013 Commando 6 // A.R.C Commander // D-Uni instructor

I made a couple of threads this year asking for any concept art they may have had, ever scrapped artworks and concept for in game assets, no Dev response was received. What concerns me about that theory is a seemly plate like colour distortions on the chest and shoulders. We could consider that to be light weight segmented combat armour....but in my mind that does not fit the drab, utilitarian style that the Caldari have.....in some sense I even think it looks a bit more heavily armoured than the Caldari Medium frame.
