Dear Zatara and the players of Fatal Absolution, we here at A.E. are tired of you locking your districts. So we have decided that it is time to openly declare war on you and your corp.
This is not a warning, we are far past that. If you do not unlock your districts and fight like a man you will be branded a coward and a scrub. Bring your ringers! Bring your grenade spam! Bring your balls! (if you can find them, or if cubs gives them back).
So will you unlock your districts and fight us? Or will you hide behind your forum posts and continue to be the sloppy vagina that you are?

I really, really, would love to figure out how a corp goes from glitching to win every match - to calling out others for doing it too.
Personally - I'd take district locking over cheating in game. But, hey, you're all idiots anyways, so who cares? Lol

Were r a 40 day old corp..and all scrubs.
Districts will be unlocked around January 10th or so I believe unless the majority of the corp supercedes me and demands they stay locked. Hopefully then you can come and eat us for breakfast.
In the meantime, happy hunting other corps in PC you haven't blued up that are also not locking...oh wait...there are none.

I didn't make them join...and you never noticed TP joining in accepting all the many apps that later went to other corps in EoN or AE. We kept it small.
But yeah EoN was boring everyone shouldn't have continued joining the bandwagon. Though as long as Arirana wasn't glitching fighting AE was fun back in the day xD

Ariranas glitching means nothing.... one person decided to do something that might be a little OP... everyone does that. Scramblers, rails, grenade spam, tanks..... makes no difference everyone has a crutch that they lean on to be good at this game. How many of these " good players" would be good if this game only had 1 weapon and 1 DS? Besides if arirana is representing our entire corp as melee glitchers that would mean every corp zatara has been in is a corp full of nade spammers.

Ops, you got some facts wrong here. Wasn't just Arirana, why not ask Kujo about it.

AE could take them in a straight fight. Probably not when they can't get anyone on because half their fights are at 4 AM.

Interesting thread. Molon Labe., Warravens, PX1, and others have been locking districts since it became a thing that you could do. Don't see you chest bumping gorillas declaring war against them. We are a corporation that is barely a month old that is working to get our foothold in Molden Heath and provide top tier competition to those that dare meet us in the burn zone. War = Expensive. AE and Nyain San have been racking in billions and bluing up all the competition in the game and we get criticized for creating a corporation with unknown talent to bring the heat to Renegade makes me chuckle. You guys wanted competition and we are creating a corporation to do just that. We beat you guys twice in the new year out of 3 fights and whoop up on DDB with AE ringers and you guys get all scared like little girls that there is competition to face you. We will lock our districts to generate a corporation wallet to cover expenses and give you what you want soon enough. Just remember the old saying be careful what you wish for. FYI every Isk we have generated has gone straight to the development of the corporation. Our members cant be bought like you have done and want to fight you and anyone that is looking for a good fight.

Yeah, but I did some horrible things to that place before STB left for the first time. I wouldn't have moved in without a CSI team to check for fluids first.

Has Alliance member holding 22% of MH on two timers.
Maybe you should look in your own backyard before you start tossing accusations.
And before you start yelling "But that's their native timers." TSOLE was the same time zone and most of their districts were between 2 and 3 AM, easily attackable. Also NYS has 100 members. NYCH has 100 members. So even if they got everyone on and got everyone in their sister corp on they could still only defend twelve districts. They have 55. That's only one fifth of their total districts.

We're a pretty new corp, still training really, we're not claiming to be better than Ancient Exiles or the new gods of Molden Heath.
Our districts were locked in a period of inactivity, our active players are steadily returning from their holidays and we're building strength again. Like Zatara said, they will be unlocked soon.
As for 'not letting us build', I don't really understand your motive? Other than a vendetta with Zatara/TP that probably 95% of us at FA do not give a crap about.
We're one of the only corps outside of your Alliance that are able to compete with you 16 vs 16, the difference is we have a fraction of the ISK that AE/Nyain have accumulated.
What I'm saying is sure you can try and take our districts and whatever but if you succeed all that you're gaining is a couple of weeks of chest-beating, followed by an extended period of boredom waiting for another corporation to gather enough momentum to actually compete with you.
You were complaining about having no PC, I'm sure the majority of FA would enjoy regular battles against AE, but a full-on war with us is kind of pointless.

To clarify, AE never took a district from TP until Arirana started glitching...and the 2nd district they took? was in the FEC war when I had to play over 30 battles a night, jumping from PC to PC because we held 2x as many districts as they do.
TP > AE until TP quit.
And when you got districts...you got them attacking 187...a corp on their last leg..way to go. And districts you did get? Well the record of AE vs TP pre arirana glitching was 14-3. After? Well let's just say during the FEC war I think AE helped flip 2 districts which we took back the next week with a clone pack (yes we took a districts with a clone pack, and won the other with 2 clone packs. And then the next week around friday I left for FFIVX with 6 of the A-team, the shotty twins quit the game, Xero went to play DCUO, spinner became a full time father (Miss you Spinner! <3), and many others couldn't play.
So live that down AE! Suck it! <3
Lol. But they did deserve to win the Tourney when everyone but legend, doc, and cubs was rusty.
Man I never heard this much crying when Cubs was locking the districts and attacking OH and VC!
Maybe that'll shut you up...after I get to 10 or so districts we'll just place a few AE attacks and no show, lolol. Send 1 clone or something hehe.

NS may have disticts on 2 timers but they have them open and ready for any attack, while you all QQ about them they stay up and attack your districts, while lulzing about it.

Na cuz at the time I was worried. We had beat you guys a couple times before the finals but that was with mostly guys not of the tourney roster.
We were missing kalante(never signed up lol), broadway, orlando, getshotup, and I think Bethy? Not sure.
Did AE ever fight the shotty twins? I know hellstorm did but I don't remember if AE did :/

What I might do is if keep locking to keep AE crying, and then just put in attack like MHPD did so we can build a war chest on the side, pay our guys for their hard work, and then have some fun matches with AE to keep improving...although the DDB matches were pretty fun with AE's tankers, kaizuka sniper, milkman, and the DDB guys. Dunno where namob went though , they probably would have been a better match if he had stuck around.

I didn't run to my heavy. Well I sort of did but not really.
I've been playing scout shotty for a reallyyyyy long time and I used to be a heavy, so I thought the change of pace would be cool. Not to mention I'm tired of being the go to dropship/uplink guy. Soul always makes me or rampage get drop ships in air :((
First game with it I got that crazy score lol. It felt like I was going back to my roots ya know?

I do remember why I joined AE, and no I highly doubt you still have the mail. There were several reasons:
At the time OH recently pissed me off in a way I'd rather not talk about so I joined AE to fight them.
Zbroadway and many others in AE were ex Arrogance members and invited me to join, as at the time I didn't have a corp that would give me the dose of PC I craved for while at the same time not being completely filled with a bunch of honkies with no regard for alliance members being anything besides pawns. (thats ok though cause I chose to forgive and forget, until they did it again).
Another reason would have to be that I wanted to participate in the tourney but none of the Eon teams I checked with first would have me.
Those were my reasons for joining AE, though now I have new reasons for staying.
LaughOutLoudOutLoudOutLoud I didn't join AE cause I was butthurt about not getting into TP, though I would probably be with you guys right now if I was accepted. You were my first choice, but now I'm confident in saying that you wouldn't have been my preference knowing what I know now.

I wouldn't exactly know considering I've never locked a district before, but from what I hear it involves an exploit to get your clone pack refunded. Even if that isn't true, Sota was originally the one to call it glitching. Not me.

Districts actually aren't locked at a loss. It's not a glitch cause we're not going around the system in any way, that's just the way CCP implemented it when PC came out. There have been changes to PC, yet they haven't fixed district locking for whatever reason, despite chances to do so. The melee thing got fixed relatively quickly, district locking been around since start of PC *shrug* |

Now we're coming to the point where what I originally said is relevant. We're all hypocrites, refusing to admit we're hypocrites, calling eachother hypocrites.
Neither of us are better than the other when it comes to this. This would probably be a perfect example of equivalency regarding an eye for an eye. We both did something wrong, we both cried about it, we both collected tears. Case closed.

To explain this concept to you quickly, lets use an analogy. Child B Steals a Cookie from Child A. Child A cries about it, Child B finds satisfaction in Child A's tears. Child A then steals a Cookie from Child B the next day. Child B accepts this payback and moves on.
Is this equivalent exchange? No, it's not.
Until Child B cries about it, and Child A finds satisfaction from Child B's distress and anger, the exchange isn't equivalent.
Of course FA wasn't around during the melee glitch, members of FA were, and are currently fill ins for Child A. The scales of hypocrisy are even quite even, as AE are hypocrites for harboring an exploiter, then complaining about exploiting. While FA's hypocrisy comes from complaining about AE exploting, then exploiting themselves.

Although I don't quite catch your meaning, as we benefited from our exploit and as did FA, while both exploits took away from the other side in their own way, we're talking about exploits and tears= hypocrisy.
The effect of the exploit is hardly relevant to the hypocrisy of it.

They fixed it I thought it was a Soon (TM) thing that was coming in "1.8" or more likely a patch after that kind of like how the vehicle revamp was delayed 2 months and how the melee glitch fix was delayed a month past they admitted to it being an exploit though I can't really remember when CCP announced they would fix it.

People get upset about district locking because you're taking pieces out of a game that were all playing. It's selfish and kind of disrespectful to the other players. Everyone who's started a corporation knows it's hard to do while being attacked all the time and trying to find ringers for those battles. But locking the districts you are able to get puts the whole 'corp building' thing on easy mode. I lot of people see that as taking a short cut while, again, taking pieces out of the game.
Locking districts to avoid being removed from PC is basically someone saying 'I refuse to lose so I am quoting before that happens.' My corp has been removed from PC three times and after each we come back stronger and r able to occupy more districts. See, there's nothing wrong with losing. And understanding that will make you a better player and will help you appriciate your victories more.

I suggest AE, Nyan and DDB to decrete martial law in Molden Heat, launch a large scale acquisition to every single piece of land available and lock each district they own and acquire... until they hold 100% of Molden Heat under constant locking.
