That said, the game is so broken that I don't dare using my main account...
They should leave some room for improvement next time they update the game and go on vacation

I find it ok that there is disruption during staff breaks. Same thing has happened in most industries I've worked - and I've worked everywhere from store staff to animation studio's to laboratories and even nuclear power stations.
Its not a 'the whole office is on vacation' scenario but usually the guy working on part 1 of project A is away this day then the guy on part 2 of that project is away the day after. Then the same thing happens for project B. The result is that getting feedback is delayed until they can compile their efforts and see the progress made on the project as a whole
