For a new character to reach 100k WP it takes overall r a week. If you don't spend frivolously you can make the 25million it the same amount of time. I would do it for 30m. 15m upfront. 5m at 50k. The reason behind me not really wanting to pay out at the start is because i earn nothing from this unless the recruit finishes and reaches 100k WP. So if i pay you upfront and you dont complete your end of the deal and don't finish i am just losing ISK I can go as high as 10mil at start, no more. I have completed 3of these for various people. I'm not sure if the client has to update or what, but logging in and allocating the BPOs seems to fix it.
