Just popping in to say that Viktor is legit. I haven't done this through him or anything, so I can't technically verify, but he's helped me out with ISK a number of times in the past, and I've never had or seen any issues with him coming through on his end of things.
So, if anyone is having trouble deciding, I'd side with Viktor.

I'm gonna try to form a squad and leach some extra WP off of them and orbitals lol, just been rolling solo as a logi doing alright. Needs....ISK.....lol

I can send you a screenshot of some ISK in my wallet if you are interested but due to past problems of people not finishing after getting paid i made it more of a race the prize is rewarded at the end, I got some people getting close to hitting the 100k mark and I will have them confirm they got paid after they hit 100k mark. If you are concerned about not getting paid that is understandable but I am also concerned with people getting paid then not finishing. not getting paid is why I quit. Technically you still owe me 5million isk.
He stands to lose a lot more than you do by paying you early. The only reason he's paying is for that 100k WP. If he pays you X amount of ISK and you just stop, he gains nothing, and only loses out.
