To challenge myself, I am only using the starter fits (except for a basic cal logi) and militia vehicles. This also gets me a nice bang for my buck on farmed isk. I encourage anyone who is getting a bit bored with the game to do this just for the fun of it.

I have about 3-4 started, i started up with thread with 25mil per recruit but not enough people seemed to bite so i moved the price up to 50Mil ISK and informed the 3 people they will get 50Mil if they make it to 100K WP if they are one of the first five.
