in a real job you analyze the benifits of keeping a customer vs losing that costomer. the answer isnt always to keep them. its a matter of weather or not that costomer is going to bring in more revenue then they will cost you to keep.

games are a different animal, people dont make makes as a means to make money becuase lets face it, most people who make games dont make any money whatsoever. they do it for passion, it just so happens that the company who hires them is doing it to make money off of what they create, but the devs arnt doing it for the money, and givin the absence of money would still be making games on their own in their spare time anyways, with equal passion.

ive lead a few teams in the professional world, and if a client talked to my guys like that i drop the account, losing one of my team to that BS will cost me more money then keeping the account and losing a member of the team. Your havnt seen anything till youve watched a 5 foot nothing ball off attitude knee a poisonous client in the balls, and i have to say worth every penny lost on that account, and i backed her up on it too.

oh I am well aware. But DUST is truly a love/hate thing for me. No other game comes close. So after a 3 month break it has been fun to play again. Loving the Rail Rifle

Earlier today I purchased the 200 Aurum pack. Almost immediately after I purchased 7 of the 1/2 price 30 day passive boosters. A few hours later I purchased 7 of the 1/2 price 30 day active boosters. When I went to activate the said boosters, not only had I not received my 15 day omega booster as included in the December deal, but the 7 1/2 price 30 day active boosters were missing from my character as well.

And where is the insult? That Falcon guy only replied to me once I was a little playful as I reminded CCP of how they have 'pubstomped' the commmunity across 2013. DUST used to have over 10k players you know. And my original message was clearly not a direct hateful message, as many of you are acting up like it is. Those that know me would know how much I have played and streamed DUST.

CCP even did an article on me about my livestream, so its all good. I have gotten 20+ people buy a PS3 simply for DUST 514, so no matter how tough you kids are in your replies to me in this thread, I can say none of you has been near doing any real actual community 'work' for the game like I have. (Unless you work for CCP of course)
