An alliance tab in the battle finder would make the life of every alliance easier.it would also help each individual be readily aware of any alliance battles saving lots of mails and typing.if the alliance tab was also viewable eve side it would be a great step toward linking the two games

This would be a great feature. Unfortunately, CCP devs have indicated over and over again that they don't believe alliances are an important part of DUST, and they refuse to devote resources to what is, realistically, the most important aspect of DUST as a game.

Alliance support as a whole needs to be a thing. Having to rely entirely on web tools to coordinate an alliance when half your players don't have computers is kinda a pain.

Exactly, its ridiculous we have to use third party web sites and spam alliance mails just to try to simply pass the knowledge of a timer to the entire alliance, eve and dust,everything we need should be in game

Devs have indicated they don't feel alliances are important to the success of DUST, at least, that they aren't a priority. Which is funny, because my alliance is the main reason I bother to get on DUST.
A developer in my alliance wrote a custom script for tracking our Planetary Conquest matches for the alliance. It's pretty awesome, but something in game would be far superior.
