To give a 10% buff to all shield related modules?

No, buff Shield Regens, and Regulators, the last thing this game needs is more HP, to even further gimp weapons like the Knives, SG, and Sniper.
DUST is so broken, even my PS3 refuses to let me play it.

Why not buff shield resistances a bit?
Lasers cause 20% bonus damage to shields and -20% to armor Explosions cause reverse that.
This is fine if shields and armor have close to similar HPs, butGǪ |

10% is not an accurate amount. Shield Extenders should have a value of 66% of what armor plates of the same level give.
65?/115/135 for plates should make it
43?/76/90 for shield extenders. The reason shield extenders have less HP than armor is because of the innate shield regen that all suits have while the movement penalty for armor and the shield recharge delay are supposed to balance the drawbacks to stacking multiples without losing efficacy.
Shields definitely need an HP increase, but 10% across the board is not an accurate balance... especially those enhanced shield extenders.

shield recharge is not something that really balances the use of modules in the heat of battle. You need to leave an engagement for those to benefit the suit. Even with the prevelance of the CR and RR right now doing more damage to armor, the disparity between HP given from armor plates and shield extenders is not balanced.
The balancing of the high-alpha-damage weapons is completely outside the realm of balancing shield vs armor. Those weapons all need to be worked on but the discussion of that should not be included in this.
