only unlike pre 1.7 i can actually see them now, and so i can either railgun them in the face, or actually tank cover against their shots before they have 3 sets of swarms in the air.
i think the infantry AV problem is that they still think they are invisable....
its quite possable that the reason AV was so powerful pre 1.7 wasnt damage but range and invisability.
i vote for an AV buff for swarms and PLCs, it seems it was the extremem range and invisability was the imbalancing factor, the damage not so much.
Invisible? we are more invisible now then we ever wereGǪ in 1.6 you couldn't ignore a onslaught of swarms invisible or notGǪ now tanks shrug them off like flies. I prided myself on wrecking tanks and fought close so I could dump every av grenade and swarm in my clip to ensure you were dead. Blasters if your 2 feet away are easy to avoid. Now if i get close you can be half way across the map in 5 seconds IF i manage to damage you enough |

You guys are used to the 'crutch' of being invisible ad having overwhelming killing power. Now that you don't... Well, the entire forum's a testament to that. Which isn't to say that I don't think the swarm launcher couldn't use a little buff (holy negatives, Batman!) An AV suit should be dangerous the scout shotty version of the vehicle worldGǪ easy to kill yet nothing disorients a squad faster. you assume we had a crutch. though many did |

I knew there were good tankers out there in 1.6 is it so hard to believe that there isn't good av? You have the upper hand now and everyone else is a scrub? Sound logic there bud. If that was even logical, then wouldn't we have to re-tittle the descriptions for FGs/SLs/PLCs? Because last time I checked, Anti-Vehicle meant ANTI-Vehicle. No where in any of the weapon descriptions does it even come close to implying that AV should be a deterrent. Anyone who tells you that is a scrub who is butthurt over something other than a tank being able to kill them.\ Also. why skill into something to be a simple deterrent? Why even bother creating them? word |
