Why would anyone want to nerf the CR and RR when a SCR fully spec'ed into with 2 damage mods does 500++ damage base!... Plus headshots... so it will one shot pretty much anything... and out damages Thale sniper rifles? Then add shield damage bonus.. So yea that gun needs some tweaking... It's only downfall is facing multiple people... seriously?
RR, CR, ASCR and AR all have parity...
The AR has some weird fire delay now it's holding it back slightly I don't know if its intended or some unintended consequence of changing something. The Allotek and Tactical assault variants need some looking at their hit detection it still feels off by a lot. |

If anything the Rail Rifle is the one that needs a damage nerf if it keeps tje range. The breach variants reduce rate of fire for increased alpha, not range. AFAIK, it is RoF and Range.
At least that is the way I remember it being explained to be way back.

Currently both rifles are little too strong.
But a nerf isn't needed yet for either.
The new suits/stats might balance it out itself.
Better to have as many variables as possible before tossing the nerf hammers.
