CR on a Glass Cannon Scout fit, its soooo good.
I've beaten the Heavy + SCR combo plenty of times by popping in and out of cover, hitting them right between the eyes.
The CR is great at headshots.

My scout has a total eHP of 499, also:
Movement: 5.23 m/s
Sprint: 7.69 m/s
Shield recharge delay: 4 sec
Depleted delay: 8 sec
Shield recharge rate: 40 HP/s
Stamina: 210
Hit box: smallest in the game
And that, all on a Dren BPO. My BPO scout suit is most often more effective than most of my other suits. The only time I really need to switch over to my logi or assault is when I need to deal some massive damage with proto tier weapons and damage mods. And since I started running the CR this is becoming a lot less common (and I only have Lv 1 skills in it). Used it on an alternate Minnie scout. It is awesome given it's high DPS: if you have the mobility and stealth to get the drop on folks you can use it to full effect.
As for the comment about scouts being OP. I hope that CCP doesn't drastically alter scout suits.... I'd hate for people to flock to them. In my opinion they should remain "hard-mode".... and the benefits they provide in terms of situational awareness, strafe speed, smaller hitbox... there need to remain big drawbacks to balance these factors out. Such as low HP, lower slot count, lower CPU/PG (maybe not quite as low as it is now), etc....
Cloaks have me worried about future scout imbalance as well. I'd prefer they just be left out but that's just me.
I believe the suit needs very minor improvements only.

I've been using it on non combat suits actually(ironically)
Great for hacking a objective or planting REs on tank. Low fitting cost, great for CQC.

I put a remote explosive on someones face today while he was reloading. He did a backflip when I detonated it xD
As for the people who fell for the completely obvious not serious post...lol
