Hey dumbass, the thread is about changing the driver's control to that of the small turret.
In ADSes, the pilot already controls a single small turret. The real weapons are the crew and gunners.
If a serious dropship crew would get together, you would have a BIG problem.

As a tanker, I'm down for this. As long as I get a proper vehicle lock so only my squadmates can get in, and not any random blueberry. |

As a dropship pilot, the current vehicle lock is really annoying.
Blueberries have to wait outside the dropship way too long before I can pick them up and take them to an objective; and this is when I'm not even in a squad!

I'm for a vehicle lock that I can decide if squadmates, corpmates, or anyone can enter my vehicle. Make it a setting in the options menu. I removed all extra turrets from all my vehicles because I'm tired of random blueberries hopping in and refusing to get out.
Best thing I've ever had happen is a squadmate shooting a blueberry out of my dropship in FW. That was awesome. |

I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

People need reading comprehension 101 I believe. The word "allow" in no way promotes a restriction. It is actually an antonym of it. What I am suggesting is that CCP ALLOW us to choose where the driver seat goes. I am not saying for them to move it to the small turret. I am saying I want them to ALLOW us to put the driver seat where we want to.
So learn to read people and comprehend what it is you are actually reading. |
