 All you have to do is take a look back on previous speed value on tanks, search for the programming code that affects such value, rewrite it with old code while ensuring that the Caldari HAV keeps the superior acceleration, and then release the hotfix.

 I have just realized something.
 With the buff in speed, I'm too fast to run people over, yet previously I could easily in a tank.
 Yet if I go full speed and then release acceleration, if I time it right I kill someone...

 Saga II made its first appearance during the whole murder taxi issue. Had a built in hardener that's very similar to what vehicles have now.

 If I were a betting man, the HMG nerf was probably balanced for the Minmatar heavy that could close the distance easier with a 6.9m/s sprint speed. If 1.0 wasn't completely FUBAR, we probably would've had it by now.

 Use tactics..lure them in a RE trap..nade the logi to death..or just shoot the logi...about god mode heavy? Let him go god mode and zip around shoot logi....I dont see 7000+ wp ever..havent even seen it once...oh you mean that one time from that one video?
