What if the new speed/torque is balanced for stasis webs in 1.8?
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

Saga II made its first appearance during the whole murder taxi issue. Had a built in hardener that's very similar to what vehicles have now.
Scanners were probably balanced around cloaking coming out much earlier.
Amarr Sentinel's racial bonus.
If I were a betting man, the HMG nerf was probably balanced for the Minmatar heavy that could close the distance easier with a 6.9m/s sprint speed. If 1.0 wasn't completely FUBAR, we probably would've had it by now.

About that, it's not an exploit. The WP cap resets when you get a guardian bonus. (or supposedly a kill) Not sure why anyone wants to complain about a logi that's actually using their equipment.
