I'm not sure if I should talk about it because the new CCP thinks of BPOs as some sort of unwanted stepchild and I personally feel it is unfair to new players, but at the same time, I need a ROI for my real-money transaction. Anyway, this means that I plan on experimenting primarily with stacked 120mm militia armor plate blueprints , large militia armor repairer blueprints, and large shield extender blueprints. My militia tanks will cost me less than all of my proto CR builds, and my standard tanks will average 300K ISK. The big ISK upgrades will be the hardeners and primary turrets (any small turrets that can be removed will be removed). You can bet that I'm going to experiment with non-hardener fits to save ISK. To that end, I'm going to be very interested to measure the survivability of 3 large militia armor reps (with 25% repair rate skill bonus) because I think it may be fast enough to "Tank the DPS" of the fabled Militia Forge Gun. If that doesn't work, I'll be experimenting with the 120mm plates +1015HP and large extenders +689HP and focus on raw HP buffer tanks. There will be bullets. ACR+SMG
