So you thought you could get off without buffing Scouts? Well, I will be looking for you during this event, and I will not stop until I kill you.
I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for a ransom, I can tell you I don't have ISK. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you buff my Scout now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you.
Keep this in mind when I'm over your merc's corpse, teabagging, heck, might even get a Scout squad together and teambag you.

They stated to take a look at the scouts several times, several updates ago.... Killing them in a scout may just "proof" that scouts "work fine"
