I pay very close attention of the kill feed because it always alerts me if one of my teammates around me was recently killed, it also lets me know what weapon they are using so I know how to approach them.
In other words I keep a close eye on the battlefield and what goes on.

I do not require screen caps of the punish screen, full match video or the forwarding hate mail.

Seeing teamkills in the kill-feed is a very easy thing to track
and the Major Hinderances I've talked about can be anything that's obviously noticeable.

I.e. blocking an objective with a vehicle, blocking routes in general, getting a dropship full of people and flying it into the redline (that will pay a very large sum) things of the such that are fairly obvious to a person that pays close attention.

Killing enemy equipment might result in a -5 and that would be a minor hindrance but if you state that your were doing so and I notice a decent negative value in the end results screen I'll pay you Minor Hindrance in addition to whatever else you do.

I was planning on fighting for winmatar and Caldari to begin with. I'll keep this in mind.

More war points for me I suppose. You can't really ruin my day, while I don't have the ISK to field endless proto suits, I can do quite a bit of damage without them.

I know you guys like money, you pride yourselves on the acquisition of economics more than any faction in New Eden.

But you're also a mercenary, getting paid is the prime directive of the profession.

Here's my proposal:

If you come across me in Faction Warfare against the Federal Marines send me a quick in-game mail and I will pay you for hindering the Caldari forces and to be as much of a nuisance as possible.

I will pay you based on your actions along with end results.

That means purposely getting into friendly fire, getting in the way of my Enemy, purposely blocking points, be as annoying as you can be while finishing the match with a horrendous score. Of course a huge bonus is available to you if you get kicked out of FW for Team killing people people I deem a nuisance, even more if you get them kicked.

The System of payment is a bit tricky to type on the forums due to all the variables that come in to play but for simplicity sake lets say this is an Average Tier team.

Payment values:
Observable Minor Hindrance -50,000 ISK, 25,000 ISK after each noticeable event.
Major Impactful Observed Hindrance- 100,000 ISK per event.
Purposeful death by friendly fire- is considered a Minor Hindrance
