Armor tankers can more easily integrate damage to their fittings, easily have more ehp, and use scanners easily, allowing them to avoid clumps of enemies. I would say that shield tankers could at least "dodge bullets" by strafing or whatever, but with this AA that's impossible. As of right now, armor is so much better than shields it's scary, and there's really no advantages to shield tanking. 2x complex damage mods on a Caldari Assault? That's not the smartest of moves.
Also, Gallente assault can't detect anyone, 10m range is awful
Lastly, that compact nanohives lasts for 0.5 picoseconds. It can't even fully rep your suit
And where the **** do you see 6.25 hp/s? You filled all of your low slots with plates.
That's a very awful suit.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

The weapons, equipment, and damage mods were to act as a base point for my argument, where both suits have the same damage and logi-ness.
Sorry one of the complex plates was supposed to be a repper.
Going by your logic where the Cal Assault has 3x extenders and 1x damage mod, now my point becomes even more clear. Gallente now has 151 more ehp, and does about 8% extra damage. Gallente still has the two most important stats of any FPS, which is the ability to give and receive damage, better.

I tried armor plates up the ass suits in PC. You know what happens?
They shoot me, go behind cover, regenerate while I scramble for cover because I know what's going to happen, and then they just finish me off.
HP means jack if your enemy regenerates at 31hp/s while you regenrate at 6.25hp/s.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

No, because as long as 1/6 of your squad is a logi, you'll be repping at 70+ hp/s. Besides, EVERY good play is constantly squaded up, and a logi can't do jack to shields. Regeneration means jack if you die to everything in a second.
A Caldari and a Gallente meet up, each deal 500 damage to each other and run. Caldari runs away and recharge there sheilds in about 15 seconds. Gallente gets in a triage hive and recharges in about 8 seconds. These are simple numbers but it's very difficult to put them in a realistic way where the Caldari ever has the advantage.
