It doesn't annoy me or bother me much, nor do I have an overwhelming need to correct it.... I just think "here's another dumbass lazy slob...." So basically it bothers you. Then this will really bug you.

That^^^ is a very long sentence; but, after you put all the proper punctuation in, it is actually a proper sentence; however, in reality, it is three sentences strung together, like this one.
Your sentence structure is actually very good, though, I hope that you can understand why I am a little reluctant to attempt to explain the above to you. Your best bet would be to take a simple English 101 class at a local community college. Or, you could always just attempt to analyze the writting from sources you know should be correct, Such as, magazines and newspapers.
The most detail I am willing to go into is: you put commas where your brain naturally desires to take a pause. English grammar has simply identified all these instances and catolauged them.
Hope that that helped you out some.

This one is easy to remember, but being from the South, it kind of became a habit. I KNOW it's grammatically incorrect, but my muscles don't and just put it in. *Shrug* Just a habit, one that really don't care to correct, seeing as most people understand what I MEANT and not take the sentence literally.
