This is how the TAC-AR was nerfed, for example, it used to be that these chips or other techniques would allow you to reach the limit of 750RPM (which is way higher then you can normally achieve with normal finger-pressing), but CCP later changed the value to a much lower amount. My Iphone controls my whole house, lights radio, TV, security cameras, ect. It will even lock/unlock my homes electronic doors and start my car. A modded controller only controls your key presses, so it would be literally and theoretically impossible for a modded controller to allow things such as instantaneous reloads, infinite stamina, jump height, and auto aim without CCP's implementation. If we were on pc i would agree with you, but all the resources you say, that can be controlled are actually being done server side, so your "Chip" cant do squat about it. And injecting an aimbot, hook into a PS3 is a little bit farfetched, i am not saying it cannot be done by a completely hacked PS3 OS, but its far out of reach for a mere "chip" and i doubt many people sport hacked consoles. I am guessing you played PC games, called everyone a hacker cuzz they beat you, i know i get a couple of PM's an hour in APB R from people, then i show them my Accuracy" video and they go ...Oh Dayymn ..you must be one of these guys.
