Interesting idea, but so easy to exploit unless you're managing who gets in and who stays in, which sort of defeats the purpose of making it very large. But how are you going to manage that? I reckon if this ever takes off you'll get a ton of people joining with that sole intention.

Well if I joined with my main then I'd actually have to play to get SP, which means I am risking the ISK I gain. However, if I join with an alt then I don't have to actually play since I don't care about SP, thus I am risking no ISK and can take as much ISK as I want.

instead of taking ISK, DUPLICATE IT! get a few trill, dont empty wallet, dont give ISK to other corps, be a rich ass that owns 100000 of everything thats sitting on a mountain that still 4875688 miles high made of 50 trill ISK

Jadek I know you resonated some concerns about people abusing their director privledges to change things like the tax rate to 100% or alter the corp image and description. I strongly advise you to permit that kind of tomfoolery (unless it breaches CCP's EULA). It's necessesary to maintain the open access initiative of XERCC. Also it gives newberries a chance to play around with those design controls.
Regardless, the corp name and corp ticker are locked in and cannot be changed by members.

I am really interested to see how this is going to affect matches themselves.
-Proto players and enemy tryhards are going to lose a sizeable bit of their end of match return becuase of the value of destroyed equipment is so low.
-XerCC members are probably going to leave early from matches in order to watch the market screen change.
-As bear90211 and Jadu brought up, I have no idea how the wallet is going to behave with multiple people withdrawing at the same time. Somebody might want to give a DEV a heads up about that.

The definition of active is going to vary depending on the demand for application openings and the average activity rate of corporation members (which currently can't be accurately measured without assistance from CCP.) For the time being your play schedule should be fine Dustwaffle.

EDIT: So I log out after getting accepted.
Log back in and I get a fatal error message saying "Restart your **** and do it again".
I can see this going really well.
The system already loves you. 
Try and get your feet wet next time you log in. Take some isk from the til, albeit it won't reflect what you just saw. I zeroed the corp wallet to my own stash just a few moments ago. I will be on again tomorrow to play more matches and boost up the wallet again.

When funds are available in the corp wallet the easiest way to transfer funds to yourself is to open neocon > corporation > my corporation > members > select yourself on the list > give money > select corp wallet with L2 or R2 if not already auto selected > select withdraw amount > transfer.
You may run into a script error that displays the incorrect balance of the corp wallet. You can usually check the accurate status of the corp wallet by opening the wallet from the corp tab and viewing the transaction history. Making a minor donation and subsequent withdraw (I like to do 2 isk) can update the corp wallet to better reflect current amounts. Otherwise if this does not work, the next best solution is to quit and log back into the game.
The biggest problem you may run into is if the corp wallet is cleared out to 0 isk and you fight several battle matches during that play session, the tax you incur from the battle is unable to be withdrawn because your system reads 0 isk in the corp wallet (the indicator in the upper right hand of the screen). However, the itemized transaction history will reflect correct changes (most of the time.) In order to fix this, complete the process as described in the second paragraph of donating and withdrawing, then withdrawing again the correct funds.
I understand that is a hassle, however, we are finding that is currently how the game's protocols work. We need a CPM's help to prod CCP on this issue.
