Well I can only speak from my own experience with PFC but it seems like at least some of the rules are being upheld.
Recently in a PFC defence against Days of Ruin, the majority of the enemy team were non-alliance ringers, we informed some of these players that the battle was on a PFC District and about half of their team left.
Also yesterday in a PFC defence vs Men in Black Ops, two Ancient Exiles. ringers were on the enemy team, again upon informing them of the PFC status of the battle, they left.
The only problem really is the increasing numbers of individuals seeking to destroy PFC. Probably guys that have been beaten by AE, thinking they're getting their own back or something. |

We get 3 attacks from Russian Troops of Chaos....these guys dont let our Distrikt go online. I think tomorrow they take the distrikt ....today they played all officer weapon lol 
So if the PFC allready exist please Show these guys that they need to aceppt some rules |

Yeah Russian troops of chaos certainly were keen when they were attacking us, they gave up after a few losses in a row though.

As far as it follows, a lot of AE players get dragged into PC's one way or another, if anybody happens to see one while on a PFC district, don't hesitate to message them although most of them should now be checking which location their fighting on.

Just an update: I know a lot is transpiring within PFC territory, AE is doing the best it can to still patrol PFC and ensure rules are being met. I myself have been absent quite heavily the last few weeks and it's only going to get worse in the coming weeks leading to Christmas for work.
If I am not on, feel free to join "Ancient Exiles Public Chat" to reach somebody within AE to review anything related to PFC.

I don't know about any nade throwing incident and can assure that that isn't the reason why the attack was launched.
