New rules of PFC: enforced by Ancient Exiles (AE), all affiliation with PFC must be held accountable to these rules, anything that hinders your corporation from abiding by any of these will subject your corporation to eviction off of PFC.

1.) Getting attacked on PFC and no-showing for your fight
2.) Getting attacked on PFC and calling in ringers without the attacker being aware of these actions
2a.) Getting attacked on PFC and using ringers outside of your affiliated alliance and your attacker unaware of these actions
3.) Constantly keeping your district in a 'locked' stasis period for more than 2 days
4.) Holding multiple districts on PFC without giving a full explanation of this reasoning to any leadership within AE and approved
4a.) Note: If a new corporation seeks to partake in PC and the only suitable way for this corp to be in PFC is by a corporation holding 2 districts needs to lose that district; a direct letter will be sent to leaders in the corporation holding 2 districts to determine a resolution for the new corp; if your corporation does not comply with the corp seeking a PFC district, your corporation is subject to eviction with no prior notice. (AE will do everything in it's power to reach you and discuss the matter, as at this point you have provided adequate information to hold 2 districts.)
5.) Sending clones off of PFC to attack any district outside of PFC, unless otherwise authorized by AE; we want your corporation to expand into Molden Heath, and if it's the only way viable to take land outside of PFC
6.) Attacking a PFC district and taking a district you attacked purposely

Rules to keep you on PFC without direct interference by AE:

1.) Participation in PFC actions such as, but not limited to:
1a.) Issuing attacks onto other PFC districts without taking the district if successful in your attacks
1b.) Successfully training your corporation in aspiration to move out into Molden Heath territory
1bx.) At this time there is no time restraint for you holding a PFC before prospectively expanding into Molden Heath territory
1c.) Supporting good sportsmanship on wins/losses over forums, and discussing fights corp to corp to further your skill in PFC
1cx.) AE will not engage on PFC territory from 'forum warriors' or 'trash talking' between PFC battles, unless otherwise needed
2.) Expanding from a PFC district into Molden Heath territory, you will have a two week grace period on your PFC district before you need to allocate yourself strictly into Molden Heath, otherwise your PFC district is subject to violating PFC terms of use
2a.) AE encourages growing new corps into Molden Heath territory, we see this action as "You have graduated from high school and now it's best for you go on for bigger and better things."


Corporations in PFC that are under current watch for removal at this point in time, you have till Friday, November 8th at 2100 Dust Time to respond to this post before being evicted off of PFC. Corporations are as listed:

Kujo you and Marauder, should talk sometime, because 1 of you is saying burn PFC to the ground, and the other is making up totally new rules to stabilize PFC.

As far as Burgezz' district goes, we are in need of that for training. Not only do we engage other corporations for PFC and are known to, but we also attack the district with our training corp (843 Boot camp) so that we can have 16 vs 16 battles of training are men and women for fights outside of PFC.

We need that district because we aren't 100% A-team, a lot of our members are newer and have a lot of potential but need this training for real fights.

Burgezz was one of the first corps onto PFC and I don't think there's anyone out there who can say we don't play fair, by the rules, or anything else.

We were using our PFC for the sole purpose of training. Been doing so since the beginning. Last night it was flipped by GAC or someone. With our new players in there, thinking it was a PFC training battle. Now we have a training battle on PFC almost every other day attack/defense... So take care of this issue immediately. PFC has been a great addition in this game, always have been a supporter for it.

Yup, The Generals bring it- Good games in the past using their PFC district. WJR will be happy to scrim with you guys.

Forsaken, the subject of your corporation using alliance ringers was discussed and we agreed that you will be protected under these new rules. while you ARE NOT allowed to use ringers on PFC, you are allowed to use alliance members if necessary or, as in your case, the PFC district is a representation of the alliance as a whole.

If ae is going to police pfc instead of burning it down... then the real question is.... Who is going to go against ae? With no one fighting... this game might get boring fast.
