That district was given to us by GAC. We're going to use that district properly and behind the pfc's rules. |

Hey NAV HIV, message me in-game if you don't mind, we have a district on PFC for you, the one you had taken is under attack by one of our affiliates to flip, if you want the district we have which is a Cargo Hub on District 8. If you wish for your old one back, it'll be a few days before that's in our hands, completely up to you though.

Uh don't really know. It was Chacales, Gac's training corp afaik, but can't say who had that district before them.
