Ok maybe I've gone off the deep end. but I think that we DUST bunnies should have a primary way to interact with EvE capsuleers.
Which Is why I purpose that we make a forum section where both DUST and EvE players can talk together on the forums.
Seriously, if we are supposed to share the same universe, then why don't we share the same forum?
Just my 2 isklets
I may seem biased to some...
But in the end all I want is perfect balance between everything.

This has been brought up before but gets involved with corporate issues. I think it had something to do with Sony not wanting to merge the Dust forums with the EVE forums. I may be wrong though

I don't think that is the issue. I think it has more to do with the fact that the Eve Forums requires a paid subscription while the Dust forums doesn't require any subscription. I could be wrong as well.
CCP, please fix the Nova Knives. Thank you.

Can you imagine the arguments and insults
It would be like the epic battles in the very beginning between mag players and the eve pilots.
That was a lightning bolt of arguments for months until finally we all become dusters together.

We want to encourage them to do this, not turn them away because of how many fire extinguishers it would take to deal with all the flaming.

As an EVE pilot I would also prefer that the majority of you stay the hell away from the good forums.
It's like inviting low income teenagers with no education and terrible manners to a high-end establishment.
You don't know what you're doing there, we know you don't belong there, neither crowd appreciates the other and the high class individuals resent the fact that there is now a strange smell permeating through the air.
Just don't and we will all be happier. |

Have you ever thought that maybe you who hate DUST players for no good reason at all are part of the problem? I guarantee that you couldn't give me 10 good reasons as to why this shouldn't happen

what you have is eve pilots who find you an oddity and tolerate you...
Trust me, 99.9999999% of eve don't, couldn't and will not give a fly fawk about Dust until it has a meaningful effect on New Eden...
And why would they...
Due to the systems and set of Dust they are only a handful of systems where there is any interaction at all and currently, all the things in eve that matter, Dust has no effect on at all.........
FW is not a big thing in eve, it's CCP lost project... which is why Dust has been allowed to be involved, because on the big scene FW means nothing. |
