Which Is why I purpose that we make a forum section where both DUST and EvE players can talk together on the forums.
Seriously, if we are supposed to share the same universe, then why don't we share the same forum?

We "EVE" pilots hate everyone who is not an EVE pilot on our forums.
Everyone who is not an EVE pilot has zero business posting in any section where EVE capsuleers are discussing anything EVE-game related, hence why I am only for a "slice" of merging where we can post in the same "General Discussion" and only the same "General Discussion."
If someone has no EVE account, then they do not have the right nor do we want their (worthless) opinion nor comments no crappy "observed" trolling on anything game related.
This is why most (yes, read the forums, most) Capsuleers are extremely hostile to any group wanting to post on the forums without an active EVE subscription.
I love DUST, I love EVE, I love Warband, and I love a bunch of other games, but I'll be damned if I want anyone on the EVE forums posting there without an active subscription as that gets rid of a lot of idiotic inane spammy worthless garbage "herpaderp" posts like DUST has like the Planetside bomber...

I don't see how it is elitist to only want input or read comments on EVE from people who actually... well... Play EVE.
Would you like to read comments on DUST514 from Halo players who don't play DUST on how they think dust should work, or wonderful disruptions like the old planetside bomber?

Both games could be on PC or Console for all I care, I don't give two craps what you like to play on, I love my PC and my PS3 equally (I love the hell out of Dark Souls and think it is one of the best games I've ever played, and that is a PS3 game)
I just don't want people on the EVE forums telling me how to "fly my spaceship and play spreadsheet" if they don't know how and never have flown a spaceship and have never playeyed with the eve spreadsheet stock market.
This is not "I'm better then thou as I fly a spaceship" this is "Don't come into my game/work and tell me how to play/do my job."
One of the things I dislike about the DUST being a free game is that we do have a lot of useless crap on these forums due to "anyone can post here," but that is unfortunately unavoidable due to this being a F2P game.
