Which Is why I purpose that we make a forum section where both DUST and EvE players can talk together on the forums. But in the end all I want is perfect balance between everything.

Have you ever thought that maybe you who hate DUST players for no good reason at all are part of the problem? I guarantee that you couldn't give me 10 good reasons as to why this shouldn't happen Now if you'll excuse me, there are sensible people in this community that I need input from. You can go in the corner and think about what you did for a while I may seem biased to some... But in the end all I want is perfect balance between everything.

Everyone who is not an EVE pilot has zero business posting in any section where EVE capsuleers are discussing anything EVE-game related, hence why I am only for a "slice" of merging where we can post in the same "General Discussion" and only the same "General Discussion." If someone has no EVE account, then they do not have the right nor do we want their (worthless) opinion nor comments no crappy "observed" trolling on anything game related. This is why most (yes, read the forums, most) Capsuleers are extremely hostile to any group wanting to post on the forums without an active EVE subscription. That's what I said in the OP.
