sure, that is what I was trying to say in the OP. But even after being around for awhile, it becomes clear that even intermediate, and in many cases, those that have been around since closed beta have no clue (or being true mercenaries just don't care) about the issues I'm wondering about here. |

You can fight for any "race/faction" in FW for dust, just like in EVE, your starting race will have zero impact, only your actions will. If you get locked out of fighting for a specific faction it will be due to you losing for them/winning against them too many times, not because of your starting race.

Of course we don't care, every single large corp is of mixed races and bloodlines, even EVE space Faction Warfare has mixed races.
In EVE it does not matter where you originated, it only matters what you do and what you did.

*sigh* maybe i should have explained further. Race doesnt effect the upcoming or existing gameplay at all beyond what gear you start with, its only really there to add some back story but has no effect or limitations on how you play.

I just want to say that your RACE is completely meaningless. It's like saying your favorite Letter is either A,B,C or D. Because you are not limited to the dropsuits you can train into due to your race, it doesn't mean anything. The only reason your race would matter is if you are role playing...
And I have nothing more to say if you are role playing...
